What is the difference between Evince and Evince Image?
Evince Image has all functionality of Evince with the exception of the DrugDesign add-on. In addition to this Evince Image has functionality for importing, analyzing and visualizing spectral images such as NIR hyperspectral Images.

What kinds of data can you analyze with Evince Image?
You can analyze any kind of data including regular data tables, ordinary RGB images or hyperspectral images with hundreds of wavelengths.

What file formats are supported by Evince Image?
Evince Image supports all file formats available in the standard version of Evince. In addition to this you can also import common image formats such TIF and JPG or hyperspectral  images such as ENVI, Matlab or SPF.

Can you calculate multivariate models for your image data in Evince Image?
Yes, you can calculate PCA, SIMCA, PLS and PLS-DA models for image data.

How does the multivariate data analysis of images work in Evince Image?
The analysis performed in Evince Image is per-pixel, which means the spectral content in each pixel is compared to other pixels in the image.

What are the most commonly used visualizations in Evince Image?
The most commonly used visualizations are the score density plot, showing clusters of similar pixels and the score contour plot, showing how similarities between different areas in the image.

How large images can Evince Image analyze?
If you run Evince Image in 64-bit mode you can analyze images with more than one megapixel in spatial resolution with and one hundred wavelengths or color channels.
